Booked two nights here based on the reviews and the rate. We felt the rate was very good considering the area. The property is close to the highway, but not too close to create noise. The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Every staff person we encountered was pleasant, friendly and helpful. There was a full breakfast, which many of the Choice properties are not offering lately. At first it was because of covid, now it feels like it’s to cut costs. The breakfast area was immaculate. I really can’t say enough good things about this property.

This is the most comfortable budget hotel in the United States, the room is small but the layout is reasonable, the surrounding is a bit ridiculous, but the United States is basically the same, not to mention this New Hampshire! There is a free dinner from Monday to Wednesday, which tastes good and gives a tip!

Quite nice but, way out by itself - which actually may be an asset. Very quiet out there. There is a convenience store sorta close but, it's best to drive there. So, I got all I needed to see me through a relaxing and quite evening. Nice pool, decent breakfast. Would recommend and I would likely even go partially out of my way to stay here if ever in that area again.
