Long Hai Hotels with Airport pickup service

Fleur de Lys is located on the outskirts of a small fishing town about 1.5-2 hours drive from Ho Chi Minh. It was very quiet when we first arrived, this seemed to pick up a little over the weekend. Most of the guests seemed to be Vietnamese. The resort itself comprises a series of villas and rooms located in picturesque and well tended tropical gardens on the slope of a hill leading down to the beach, so most rooms have sea views. We stayed in a two bedroom villa which was two bedrooms separated by a bathroom. It was smallish and the bathroom had a curtain rather than a door which might not suit everyone, but worked well for us and was great value. The rooms had all the mod cons you would expect from a high-end resort. There are other larger (and smaller) options available. The pool and restaurant are located next to the beach. There is also a large spa offering wraps, scrubs facials and a variety of massages with prices that are very reasonable by western standards (35-40 AUD for an hour facial/massage when we were there). My daughters and I enjoyed several of the treatments on offer and they were all great.The buffet breakfast was very comprehensive, with Local, Asian, European and UK offerings. There were fresh tropical juices every morning and a huge array of hot and cold dishes included in the overnight price. More than enough to keep you going all day! We ate most nights at the restaurant which was located right on the beach with a nice sea breeze in the evenings. There was a good selection of local and western foods on the menu. The pool was large and well tended with a pool bar for cold drinks and snacks. The beach was cleaned every day by the resort staff and supervised by a lifeguard. We swam on a few mornings but spent more time at the pool. There was also a playground and pool toys for the little kids. Overall we had a fabulous stay, the staff were lovely and the location, food and amenities great. If you are after a quiet, well priced and relaxing holiday with family or friends this is the place for you. For those looking for a bit of nightlife, Vung Tao on the other side of the peninsula is a bit livelier.

Been there on May 24, 2021, room 402, condo executive ocean view with free upgrade, in the time of covid outbreak *Pros: 1/ Good view, nice room decoration. 2/ Service is excellent, from bellboy, reception to other staff (5/5) 3/ pool is good, with many mini scenes for photo 4/ convenient store is nearby, traditional market is 3-km away, easy for shopping. Cons: 1/ Air conditioner is very hard to adjust, please kindly have the instruction note at the air conditioner 2/ Bedside lamp is very dazzle (too bright to sleep), we must turn off all the light except the light from toilet to sleep 3/ The bed makes noise (creaky/squeaky), I really dont understand why a 4-star resort can have that kind of bad-quality bed. I traveled alot, but found no bad-quality bad like that. 4/ My room is Condo Executive Ocean view, a high grade room in a 4-star resort, but there is no bathrobes in my room. Please remember bathrobes is compulsory in 3-star and over resort. 5/ Breakfast is so-so, doesnt have any special things. 6/ Soundproof of the room is very very bad, I can hear clearly the sound and talk from next room. Very bad point for a 4-star resort.

You can rent a two-bedroom apartment building with two living rooms for 20 US dollars. It can accommodate four people. It has a large balcony, kitchen utensils, sea views, a hypermarket next to it, and a beach in front. It has convenient parking and is close to the city center. What else is there to dislike? I will choose again next time I go and stay a few more days. Thumbs up!

It's a family of 5 people. 2 rooms, living room sofa bed 1.Veranda The view was quite good because the water was on the 34th floor. And on the rooftop. It was comfortable and nice because there was a swimming pool.Of course, the night view was good. There was a children's pool on the first floor. And 100 meters outside the resort. There's Lotte Mart, so you can buy food. It was convenient. And there's a lot of beach coffee shops with hotels 10 minutes drive away. I spent about an hour there. The price of the resort for one night is 120000 won. It was okay.

The hotel facilities and rooms were in the best and clean condition. However, the composition of the breakfast buffet was insufficient, the training of the staff was insufficient, and the number of staff was insufficient, so it was inconvenient to clean the dishes too late. I think more kindness training of the restaurant staff is needed.

I can tell that the owner of this hotel not only invested huge money but made it with lot of love.. to start with the staffs are welcoming and ready to help always.. the hotel is built in medieval European style.. most furnitures are pure wood including the lift interior.. most importantly they are still shining.. the room is bigger size than I expected seeing the pictures while booking.. the bed was high and amazingly comfortable.. the ambience of the room is princely.. the washroom was dry and had a nice bathtub with a separate shower area.. all amenities were available as in 5* hotels.. we booked one night initially but liked the hotel so much that we extended one more night.. opposite to the hotel across the road.. the hotel has their private pool and private beach.. they give u discount voucher for their restaurant.. surprisingly the seafood Resturant was cheaper and tastier than other seafood restaurant that we went on 2nd day.. lottee mall is close by the hotel and mini mart and massage parlour is just walking distance.. overall everything u get at ur convenience.. thanks to the wonderful staff for making our stay so comfortable.. we would come back again..

Read many bad reviews through booking sites so I was a little worried before booking. However everything is pretty good and nothing special to complain about. Clean room, large swimming pool. Service is pretty good.

Highly recommended. This hotel exceeds my expectations in almost all aspects - room is clean, spacious and beautifully designed with good view. Staff very polite and helpful. The lobby and cafe is cozy and nicely decorated. A five star hotel that truly deserve a five star review!

When searching this hotel I seen some really good reviews and some really bad reviews. The bad reviews almost pushed me away from booking this hotel but, after a lot of thought I decided why not. My total experience here was really pleasant. The hotel was across the street from the beach and practically a hop,skip and jump to it. The room was really nice with a fantastic view of the beach. Room was nice,cozy and comfortable. I really didn’t notice any noises coming from the outside. The wait times for the elevator was less then 30 seconds. As for the breakfast buffet it’s a bit crowded if you go during breakfast peak times. Food wasn’t bad at all. Staff was friendly and helpful. One thing I liked is after checkout they let me leave my bags in the lobby so I could explore more before I went back to Saigon. On the ***** there isn’t many restaurants but that was ok because on the beach or the restaurant had what I needed and I could also use grab food delivery if wanted. There was also cable tv in the room which I didn’t watch much but used it more for background noise. They had many channels in English and Vietnamese including HBO. All in all a pleasant experience. They also allowed me to check in early.
