We stayed one night at the Imperial Hotel. The location is good, but the service is terrible, if not worse.
First: At the beach area, there was no towel station.
Second: The staff asked us to leave a 5* review for them (very annoying 😡).
Third: The room was for 2 persons, but there was only 1 shower towel, and the shower wash and body wash were only 1/4 full in the bottle.
Hopefully, the hotel will improve.

Only issue was lack of any options other than chicken wings in restaurant. Yes it's a seafood restaurant however some people dont eat seafood. Partner on the other hand loved all of her seafood dishes

It's my second time here, but first time staying over at the hotel side. Everything was great but the service might be a little not up to standard , maybe too may customer over the weekend, but overall it's ok

The hotel itself was nice, but the exterior needs to be updated. The view from the room balcony is spoilt by the state of the building roof, rusty pipes, and boiler rooms.
The hotel has a lovely pool area, but there was lots of maintenance taking place, no service, and the beds were not made up,
Rooms are large and clean. However, no room service is offered, and the laundry service was terrible. For a 5 star hotel, this is in my mind is not acceptible .
The breakfast was really good, staff were helpful and we were more than happy with the food selection.
The hotel bar service was slow, and staff struggled with drink selection. Glasses were not offered with beers, the bar closed just after 10 p.m., and they refused to sell to sell to residents.
