Had a really lovely time here for my friends 30th birthday. All the staff were so wonderful and welcoming and we definitely came the right time of the year! Had lovely food, the rooms were so spacious and clean, and the spa was so relaxing. Amy Robbins in particular, really made our trip! Was so accommodating and polite, very friendly and also amusing. We had the best time.

Hotel needs a bit of TLC, poor cupboards in gents spa changing rooms, rather dull/dark rooms, AC not very efficient, room was rather cold, and restaurant too cold, we needed a fan heater!
Also during Sunday breakfast (busy) orange juice, bacon, hash browns and butter portions all had run out, the food was good but replenishment was slow. Service for Drinks at the bar was slow and the drinks rather expensive.
There was a fault on the hot water meaning no hot water in the morning, but later it was back on and boiling hot!
Finally the front desk service was good, friendly and helpful, despite one of the computers not working.

The hotel was really good 8 years ago when I have get away weekend with my friends, But in the last 3 years have been there 3 times and is really getting bad in terms of cleanliness and facilities getting really old especially the carpets and the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay. We went for our anniversary and we were very spoilt with roses and Prosecco in the room with a lovely bag of goodies, soft drinks,crisps and chocolate along with an anniversary card. I requested a room with a view and wow did we have one. Looking over part of the Brands Hatch course. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and modern. Swimming and spa facilities were lovely and all clean. Not really a buffet person but food was plenty and hot. The hallways are a little tied but not shocking. Would recommend for a short stay.

Service was poor breakfast on the second morning was shocking, most of the options were dried up having sat on the hot plate too long and there were no sausages available

Quick check in and easy to park car only drawback was £10.00 per night car park charge. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Good size shower with plenty of hot water and toiletries.

Room clean and tidy. Aircon worked fantastic. Only gripe was even though i ordered a double room there was no fridge and no water. And i got asked at check in that how am i paying even though it was prepaid.

We stayed here as it was convenient to Brands Hatch. Top score on that front, as the track is a short walk from the hotel. The hotel has a strange smell in reception, like damp carpets, and the rooms seem to have undergone partial refurb, so some elements are nice whilst others are tired. Great water pressure on the shower. Bed was way too firm for me, as were the pillows, so I didn’t sleep particularly well. Breakfast was nice, paid as we went with that at a rate of £12.50 per adult. Hopefully there’s a maintenance programme that will improve the overall experience of the hotel as it has potential to be really nice.

Booked an overnight stay with my 13 year old daughter.
Parking was fine plenty of spaces.
Room was ideal and clean.
Restaurant was very nice couldn’t fault the evening meal and also a great buffet breakfast.
Our only irritation was the swimming pool which was fine the day we checked in however the next morning we arrived to use it again.
No one warned us we would have 15 minutes use before water aerobics started for day visitors and we was asked to leave the pool along with another small family who’s younger children were clearly very upset.
It should be made clear on the website that the pool will be unavailable to hotel guests at certain times.
This would then give guests a chance to check alternative hotels as this was a big factor in us staying at this hotel.
