I had paid attention to this hot spring hotel before because of its villa room type. This week, I suddenly wanted to take a hot spring bath and popped into this hotel. I tried it and booked two double bed rooms. Overall, I am quite satisfied with all aspects of the hotel.
We have been to the 80% hot spring area in Qingyuan, Conghua. The price is not too expensive at 800+ per night on weekends, and the price difference is only less than 200 on weekdays.
Because the children have a lot of classes this semester, it was the first time to stay in a hot spring hotel on a Saturday night. When I checked in at the hotel, the front desk and lobby staff introduced the special activities on Saturdays, which are held on Saturdays from March to June. These activities are quite good, because we came to register after 1 noon, and we knew we would have to wait for the room to be cleaned. After the introduction, we played in the entire park for more than an hour. It is composed of many different functional areas. You can go to take pictures of flowers, see animals, a non-powered park, a small train, go-karts, football, and tennis. There is science starting at 2 o'clock. The experimental and Cantonese and Sichuan opera face-changing programs are rich and suitable for families with children!
For the first time, I was not irritated while waiting for the room. When it was time to get the room, the baby still performed a show reluctantly.
Health: We live on the 6th floor of Building 3. The room is large and clean!
Facilities: 1. There are few public hot spring pools. There are less than 10 styles of hot spring pools. I don’t know if this will be increased in the future. I feel that many places have built hot spring rooms for sale. It is a bit difficult to develop a second public area in the park. Elderly people feel that the types of hot springs are a bit monotonous. 2. I soaked in the hot spring in the room the next day, but there was no response when inserting the card. Finally, I asked the engineering department to handle it, which delayed a little time.
Environment: Overall I am quite satisfied, mainly because you can play in the park for 2 days and it is child-friendly. Opposite the hotel is a farm food street and a convenience store, which is much more convenient than the hot spring hotel in Zengcheng, Conghua! For the first time, I didn’t have to drive to eat out.
Service: The service is very good! The employees we met were all proactive in helping us deal with the problems. Even though no one was watching the session at 2pm, the science experiment teacher was also very patient and encouraging to the children! Most of the staff can speak Cantonese. We told the staff that the markers used to write the wishing signs were out. Although we later went to the go-kart to borrow pens, we found out that they did replace the wishing signs with new markers. Very satisfied with the attention to detail👍
Disadvantages: You can hear KTV singing in the villa area at 10 o'clock in the evening from No. 2 to No. 3. The balcony glass of the room should be soundproofed, but if you care about the volume, you may still find it noisy.
There is no clothes dryer in the changing room of the public swimming pool, and the entire changing room is a bit small. The transparent plastic is outside the changing room. You should find an aunt to distribute plastic bags in the changing room to pack wet clothes in time.
