房間衞生乾淨，環境好交通便利，還給我們免費送了早餐，房間空間很大，設備齊全，熱水很足，床品舒適，通風也好。很好的一家酒店，:房間乾淨整潔，設施設備非常好，前台接待服務態度非常滿意，對於出差旅遊在外的我們方便極了！非常滿意值得推薦，離火車站很近，服務也不錯，每次出差都住這個酒店。

想着離火車站近 早上坐火車方便 晚上辦理的入住 怎麼説呢 進去大廳也沒開燈 我以為沒人 走到前台夜班的小姑娘也愛搭不理的 可能是熬夜的原因 問也想説不想説的 這些都可以 進房間第一感覺就是好老舊 風格 這些也都不説 但是枕頭又黃又臟 床單也發黴了 衞生也不過關不知道客房怎麼查的房 是我要求太高嗎？也不是 基本的衞生起碼得搞好吧 湊合睡了一晚上 很難受 希望加強吧

房間內衞生很差，枕頭和床單長時間不清洗都發黃了，床上有小蟲子爬來爬去，服務員當面把蟲子掐死了連個床單都不換，床上還粘有許多不明的毛髮。非常噁心，地下車庫裡麪床單隨意丟成一堆，又臟又亂。

當天來的挺晚，前台小姑娘挺熱情給我介紹了當地夜宵店，第二天退房時把充電器落下了，客房服務員查房提醒前台讓我及時拿上了，要不然坐車走了就太麻煩了，再來武都還會住這裏的。
