The bed is not cleaned properly. I called to change the pillow but it took two hours. I went to the front desk to communicate and one of them sat on a stool and the other one combed my hair from behind with an extremely bad attitude. I cannot cancel my check-out."

The front desk staff said, "Our hotel has been open for three months, there shouldn't be any formaldehyde smell." Do they have any common sense? Do they think consumers are brain-dead? They're doing business without any conscience. I traveled all the way to Gansu for a vacation, and this is the experience? We stayed one night and changed hotels the next day. Apart from this hotel, all the other hotels in Gansu had excellent experiences."
