第一次住酒店基本上一晚上沒睡，我們辦理入住比較晚，第一個房間電視打不開，找了工作人員（並且等了很久才來）也説打不開不知道什麼原因，並且洗澡的時候還爬了一條蟲子出來，真的很噁心。然後聯繫換房間，結果換的那個房間開始沒什麼問題，結果直到睡覺了浴室都還有水流聲，我們以為是洗澡水沒有漏完，就沒有理會，結果這水流了一晚上！！！也難得折騰換房間了，因為帶了小朋友，而且行李也多，睡覺的時候都差不多一點了。麗楓其他地方也住過，都是中規中矩的，第一次遇到這樣的真的很無語。

槽點：1.酒店門前是高速，以為是江景，事實是不衹被高速攔住，還要聽噪音。2.房間面積不大。3衞生也是有死角在的。4.枕頭是乳膠枕，但是太高了，睡得不舒服。5.停車場小，下午六點左右到，已經沒有車位，被引導去橋下露天停車位，最後酒店給的十元券不夠，自己又付多5元。
優點：不管是去吃崔記暖鍋，還是去階州夜市還算近，過橋，上天橋，再過個盤旋路就到了。

客觀的評價一下吧，服務態度可以，特別是打掃衞生時發現我們遺失了手串，主動聯繫並給我們寄回，給服務人員點贊。但是客觀上説，酒店位置不好，停車不方便，凌晨1點多入住的，還有客人吵鬧，隔音效果極差，早上五點多就被吵醒，好像是酒店後面在施工，帶着耳塞都沒再睡着……哎，確實體驗很差

酒店位置交通便利，有地下停車場，前台姑娘服務好，設施雖然舊，但是衞生乾淨。周邊環境很好，雙層窗户玻璃！
