I called to cancel and get a refund, they transferred me to a very shady call center where they asked me a lot of questions and ended up transferring me again to phone numbers that didn't even exist and I called back to start the same process again to finish by being told that I have my refund and receiving an even more suspicious email confirmation and never receiving my refund and receiving an email of satisfaction with my trip when I haven't even made my trip.. I want my refund of 305.44 I am terribly dissatisfied with your service I do not recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy

We were surprised by this hotel located in Longueuil.
- The welcome is warm.
- room clean, spacious and serviced every day. Coffee in the room. Towels changed every day. Has all the amenities: fridge, TV, coffee machine, iMac, alarm clock radio
- it is located 600m from the terminus of the yellow line which leads directly to Berri Uqam in 10m
- the breakfast is quite complete but remains the same every day; it remains of good quality
- gym and washing machine + dryer available free of charge.
- Charging stations for Teslas and others.
- located not far from an iga shopping center, pizza pizza etc.
The two negative points (and more): the insulation of the room and the USB sockets (missing next to the bed contrary to what is indicated).
The staff was always present and responsive.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who does not want to be far from the city center but in a quality hotel.

It's very quiet, the environment is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is okay. The environment is nothing to say, suitable for business trips, and there are Apple desktops in the room. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel with a computer.
