"It was such an old and dirty hotel that we wanted to cry. How could it be so bad? We arrived at the hotel that night and found hair in the quilt and sheets. The sheets had obviously been slept in and hadn't been changed. We went downstairs to ask for a change of room. The sofas in the lobby were so dirty we couldn't sit on them. We changed rooms and they were just as dirty. Luckily, we brought spare quilts and sheets. Our last stop was Montreal. We didn't expect to sleep curled up all night."

"The worst place to stay! Will never ever book this hotel. They say it’s pet friendly, but do not make it obvious while booking, so that explains everything! They make it even worse by not allowing to cancel , probably they know most customers will cancel after seeing this hotel. Full of bugs. It’s a shame Trip.com has partnered with such pathetic hotels!"
