Room very small and furnitures cheap, mattress very hard, impossible to sleep. very low lighting. Breakfast only for thai people. Washbasin without hot water. I payed for 2 nights and i stayed only 1 night, impossible to sleep. I changed for an another hotel. I think this hotel not good for foreigner customer

The hotel is modern and clean. The location is excellent and the rooms are big enough. There is a huge parking lot and the internet connection is acceptable. Prices are cheap, but unfortunately there are many downsides: extremely hard beds, noisy air conditioning, noise pollution from thin windows and doors with massive gaps. The windows are locked and cannot be opened. Communicating in English is almost impossible. The shower is in the bath, there is no hairdryer and just two rusty wire hangers per person. Maintenance seems to be an issue. Cracks, stains, corrosion, torn linens - nobody seems to care. Breakfast is in an annex building with no covered access. It's reminiscent of a military canteen, extremely uncomfortable. I felt as if I had landed in a 2-star Russian hotel.

Booked and was confirmed in writing room with WALK IN Shower - none which are available as hotel has only slippery bathtubs with no grab rails so no shower for me after a long drive. Sink has only cold water so I also went without wet shaving. No soap in the days of Corona.......! TV not working, kettle but no coffee. Mattress and Pillows were the hardest ever experienced , no reading lights on night table to improve on poor ceiling lights. No nearby bars and restaurants open. Breakfast is a poor joke, bring your own knife to spread cheap Marmelade on your toast. None of the not very friendly untrained staff spoke English- totally unsuitable for International clientele. However, room was clean and WIFI working but this alone does not make a good night stay.....
