The location of the hotel is very good, the staff is very friendly and the facilities are very good. The bathtub is super cool.

A very average hotel. Although the room is quite large and close to the beach, the facilities are very outdated. I think the service is average and the attitude is not very good. I won't go there next time.

My partner and myself went for our wedding anniversary to get away for the night. Location was amazing and the room was incredible. We had ocean front and the size blew us away. The separate bedroom and living, huge kitchen with all cooking apppliances and utility's, and bathroom with separate toilet and huge spa with glass wall to see outside through the living area. We are also putting a full room tour on YouTube at Aussie Couple Hawaii. So if you want. video. tour check it out. We give this place a 5 start and we wil surely return. No better location in Lorne. Amazing views, big balcony. And that sweet ocean Breeze !

Place needs a Reno very old, dusty and quite dirty feeling. No air con in bedrooms only a slit in the lounge which made unbearable on hot nights. Getting dinner was horrible because of the amount of people, made it a long wait. On a positive staff friendly, indoor pool well kept and beach/playground across the road which is convenient.

Rooms very well equipped. We forgot our toothbrushes and we could even obtain one from reception. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
