"We checked in around 8:30-9:00 PM on June 7, 2026. The staff member at reception was incredibly kind and helpful, which made for a great start to our stay. The hot water worked perfectly, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's location, just a short walk to the sea, was fantastic. They have a swimming pool that didn't smell strongly of chlorine, and it's about 1 to 1.85m deep. There's also a hot spa right next to it with wonderfully warm water. I'd definitely want to come back! Just a heads-up: you'll need to buy your own bottled water when you check in, as none is provided in the room."

"Excellent location but the accomodation was dated/very basic. I would recommend this for a one night stay because it is a great place to explore the amazing Lorne beach and local shops/resturants. Parts of the bathroom were unclean and slight smell in the room but overall it was comfortable and fine for one night."

"We arrived around 7:30, but the front desk had already closed and there was no contact number, so we didn't know what to do. I contacted Ctrip and called the hotel but couldn't get through. After leaving a message, I received a call from the hotel around 9:30 pm. Later, I asked other guests and found a letter left for us at the front desk. Only then did I find the room and the room key. Other aspects are good, but the service is a little lacking, it may be due to cultural differences"

"The check in and check out was seemless. The apartment was big enough for our family and quite cosy. The only part is the washing machine and dryer are outside and have opening and closing hours. If it can be open 24/7 it would be perfect."

"Loved the stay - host came out to receive us as we arrived late at about 6pm. Saw 2 kangaroos hopping by, many cockatoos and parrots and managed to feed some with the seeds that were left in the house. The fireplace was also a unique experience."
