Place was clean and organized. Location is perfect and was able to walk to many spots in k town. Only downside for me was the noise level as it can be noisy outside until pass midnight and I could hear the people walking above us or outside in the hallway.

The room is clean, but there are some defects in the room like the noise from the bathroom and the convenience of the parking where it is a little difficult to find the assigned lot. Although it mentioned 6 people can live in but 4 is already uncomfortable.

This property did not honor my stay and still charged me close to $900 even though I was never able to check in now they are refusing to refund my money although a stay was never completed.

Inconvenient and laborious check in process. They took photos of my drivers license and credit card on a personal cell phone. Unsanitary snack offering (cereal in a ziploc bag). Stained and thin towels. Uncomfortable beds (could feel the coils). Shower did not drain properly. AC had to be turned off to limit annoying sound. Left early and would never book here again.

The apartment was wonderful. Clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The check in process was easy, and the paid parking was convenient and easy once set up.
