環境和風景無敵 工作人員服務略一般 主要嚴重的是在禮賓部門送行李的時候朋友遭到無視了 給萬豪寫了反饋得到抱歉的回覆 但沒什麼具體補償

Lovely hotel however the wifi was down in my room the entire time. I had it checked and the engineer couldn’t fix it. The staff was very nice though.

酒店位於洛杉磯市中心 略微有點亂 不過去哪裡都很方便
房間乾淨整潔 負一層有健身房和直飲水
頂樓有一個小型泳池很適合拍照
淡季時一晚不到$200 還是蠻划算值得推薦

一家意式風情的酒店，裏面裝飾得很漂亮。
位於dt的第七街區，位置很便利，但是晚上隨處可見的流浪漢還是蠻嚇人的，建議大家到了夜裡不要亂跑。

1）前台粗心，房號寫錯，門打不開來回跑，也不止發生在我身上，也有房客第二天開我門，敲我門。
2）酒店做精品酒店，風格復古，裝潢很美，不過浴室玻璃門手指寬縫隙，洗澡水都會流出來，挺不方便。
3）瓶裝水是玻璃瓶依雲，喝完了衹能給塑料瓶裝水了（能理解）
4）我這間沒給吹風機，電話問前台要，需要等40分鐘，第一次來還衹給了水，沒拿吹風機，給了五刀小費，就很快拿來了（在美國也能理解）
