The hotel is great, the environment is clean, the service is very good, although the front desk and catering are all in Indian English, especially the Indian catering speaks very quickly, it is not a problem, kind. The swimming pool is great

The location is excellent, very close to Hollywood, and relatively safe. Although it faces the street, the sound insulation effect is okay. The overall hygiene is relatively clean. Good value for money, worth staying

The overall environment is good, the room facilities are complete, there is a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. There is an outdoor swimming pool, as well as open-air and indoor parking. Breakfast is packed at the hotel front desk and taken back to the room. It includes milk, biscuits and burgers (frozen in the refrigerator and needs to be heated in the microwave).

I saw comments saying it was noisy. I arrived at the hotel at around 6:00 and told the front desk that I wanted a quieter room. They gave me a corner room near the main road. It was very noisy. There was continuous road noise at night, which affected my sleep. The room was OK.

We were VERY happy with our 6 night stay there. Rooms were very clean, comfortable & nice size. Nice to have the room overlooking the pool. Also liked that they offered breakfast. The gentleman making waffles was very kind & so generous. Its a great location close to so many tourist attractions. We used uber & lyft when we were there & happy with costs & convenience from this location. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend, great value & would gladly stay again!

PROS: The property is near the main Hollywood attractions and walking distance to restaurants.
The man at the breakfast station is nice and accommodating. Breakfast includes cereals, waffles, syrup, yogurt, coffee. No eggs. The receptionist during daytime to afternoon is very attentive.
CONS : No elevator. Receptionist when we checked-in 2/12/24 around 8:30 pm was dry and unhappy to be there. He asked me if I need ANY help, and when I said I could use some help carrying stuff upstairs, he just gave me a smirk and then sat down continued browsing his phone. He is very attentive to his phone. He forgot to give me back my license during check-in and didn’t even inform us until we called him. House keeping is only every other day. Rusting bath tub it feels icky to soak your body in there, bubble gum on the bathroom wall, dusty top shelf for putting your clothes. Iron was missing in the room so I had to walk downstairs' and pick it up. Iron board is dirty. Stinks in the parking area.
OTHER CONS that can’t be controlled by the hotel mngmt: continuous very loud traffic noise and ambulance sounds, loud guests next door drinking and smoking ****. Almost most of the time we smell **** by the parking area and in our room where my daughter is not able to sleep.Other guest were loud and knocked on our room past 12 mdnyt w/c was scary.Felt unsafe.Lots of homeless people outside. One was throwing bottles. Shoes, and stuff to the car passing in front of the hotel while we cross street.

I would never comeback to this hotel, the front desk is rude and the room is dirty, the microwave and fridge smell something, its not recommendable for staying.
