The hotel is great, the environment is clean, the service is very good, although the front desk and catering are all in Indian English, especially the Indian catering speaks very quickly, it is not a problem, kind. The swimming pool is great

I saw comments saying it was noisy. I arrived at the hotel at around 6:00 and told the front desk that I wanted a quieter room. They gave me a corner room near the main road. It was very noisy. There was continuous road noise at night, which affected my sleep. The room was OK.

The Quality Inn is close to the Chinese Theatre and Hollywood walk of fame. The hotel takes great care to keep its inside safe and looking nice. Our car was safe and nothing happened to us either. The hotel has video surveillance and their is always staff available. However being a tourist area there is a homeless problem in the surrounding area.

The man attending the breakfast area had the worst attitude ever. Rude approach towards everyone who was trying to have breakfast.

The location is great! We were able to walk to many activities as well as food/coffee/metro. Pool is unheated, but my kids still had fun. The area around the hotel is noisy, and we could hear homeless people shouting quite a bit. You have to request for your room to be cleaned. Breakfast is so-so. The waffle man is eager to make you a waffle, but our waffles as well as the next table over’s waffles were under cooked. For the price, it is a decent hotel in a good location with easy walking to boulevard of the stars and the metro. We took the metro one stop to Universal Studios.

The room floor was not very clean, you can’t walk without slippers/shoes.
Air conditioning smells I feel it’s not clean for a while.

The room has this smell that was so bad I don’t know if is from the cleaning materials. The windows are such that you can even open for ventilation. That’s not good. The only thing I liked was their shower the pressure was good and the water very hot just the way I like it. The cleaner was nice and the receptionists were helpful

Arvin had the best customer service upon working the continental breakfast area making sure all guest were happy. The underground parking has security gate therefore vehicle safe.

Excellent hotel, great service and the rooms are amazing. The bed are so comfortable and cozy that it was hard to get up. It is well located and I really recommend this place to enjoy the most of LA, mostly all the attraction from Boulevard Avenue.

I was really happy with my stay here. Great location and was quite for being next to a somewhat busy street. They have a awesome breakfast set up with great choices. I would definitely stay here again.

Great budget hotel with friendly staff. Free parking (under the building) was a little tight and difficult with a bigger vehicle but there's free street parking (except for a couple hours for street cleaning on Mondays) so you have loads of options. Room access was from courtyard overlooking pool. Free breakfast simple but great to grab a little something at the start of the day. Comfy bed. Clean linens. Would stay again. Thank you.

Check-in was pretty seamless although the reception staff on duty was too preoccupied with their phone and didn’t make eye contact when I had asked questions about the room/stay.
The room was clean, but the location was awful. Along a very busy street with non-stop traffic noise all hours of the night. Struggled to sleep even with ear plugs. So loud it sounded like the doors and windows were open all night. Walls must be paper thin. Asked to move rooms and was told there were no others available.
If you want a relaxing nights rest after a long day, this is NOT the place you’re looking for
