The front desk service is very warm and polite, the breakfast is delicious, and the children especially like the freshly made soft muffins. The room is not big but it is clean. The suite I booked has a small living room, which is quite comfortable. Hot water is also available, but there is noise from cars facing the street.

Fred and the rest of the staff were very accommodating. We arrived earlier than check in time, so he upgraded us to a suite and recommended Santa Monica Pier for lunch in the meantime. The room was clean, comfortable and came with toiletries and even shoe shine! The breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel is walking distance from the metro which saved us a TON of money vs taking an Uber or Taxi. The metro can take you pretty much anywhere worth seeing in L. A. It was only about $5 for the day and we went all the way to Universal Studios and to the Griffith Observatory to see the Hollywood sign. We also got to relax in the hot tub that night which was excellent. Extremely accommodating staff, cleanly, sleek lobby and room designs, conveniently located and affordable. Thank you so much!

The hotel is definitely showing its age. It has been maintained but has dated look. The neighbourhood has a lot of homeless living near the hotel. The bathroom was very small

Overall it's okay. The room we stayed was for 6, but the bathroom is too tight. My husband and I only stayed for 1 night, but couldn't imagine staying for longer with more people. The beds are comfortable though. The area is nice.

The front desck representative, I bealive named Kavin, was very rude and condescending answering questions. He would coment like, you are wasting my time or what a dumb question to ask. He was not even busy privately chatting with someone. Even business would not be an excuse this rude behavior.
Parking was not free ,not as advertised.

Muy buena la ubicación para llegar rápido en auto a cualquier parte. El estacionamiento es pago y pequeño pero para nosotros estuvo muy bien. Pudimos enviar algunos paquetes que recibieron sin problemas y dejar las valijas antes del check in. Cuenta con lavadora y secadora que se puede usar por poco dinero. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias. La nuestra contaba con un estar con sillón y TV, que nos permitía muchas noches cenar cómodos en el hotel. También tiene balcón que no usamos. Las camas y almohadas cómodas. La limpieza muy buena. El baño muy muy pequeño. Tal vez un espejo tipo tocador en el estar ayudaría un poco. El desayuno está incluido y es completo y sabroso. Si tenes que salir muy temprano podes llevarte el café que ya está listo. En líneas generales todo está muy bien. Pero hay algo que se destaca sobre todo y es el personal del hotel. Todos de una amabilidad y amorosidad que te hacen sentir siempre a gusto. En especial Fred y las chicas del desayuno. Gracias!!!!!
