Sonesta Los Angeles Airport LAX

Corporations suck. Not to hapoy with their price gouging. Charge 30 dollars to park no in or out yet at parking lot its only 21.00. Ridiculous "resort fees" 27 dollars a night. For what? And with all their stupid liberal marketing posters. And no check in till 4pm! ***? A complete joke. The poster sums it all up. Iconic or ironic? Its ironic these guys think its iconic.

I feel safe to this Hotel. Very relaxing and near to Airport.

Don't chose this hotel, try somewhere else. The only thing going for them is their location wrt LAX airport. I stayed there for 2 nights and really regretted it. Firstly, the basic reason for staying here would be to get to the airport quickly, but that didnt happen due to the poor shuttle service. They say every 15 mins and i waited for more than 35 minutes and no shuttle. When I asked the valet person standing there what to do, they simply shrugged their shoulders and asked me to go and complain at the front desk (which always has a long line there btw). I mentioned that I had a flight leaving soon, and they then recommended me to get an Uber instead. Thanks so much Sonesta! And now for details on basic hotel facilities - I stood in a long check in line, then was given a room on the 3rd floor. I asked for upgrades, they said they had none with the 2 bed configuration that I had on my reservation. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed that the bathroom had not been cleaned! So I called front desk, and they immediately gave me another room on a higher floor, when they just mentioned 25 mins ago that they had none. Then we waited 90 mins for the AC to cool the room down, it wasnt working. They sent maintenance to fix it, but the thing still didnt work, then finally around 11 pm, when my kid was too hot to go to sleep, I called front desk again, who mentioned that there was another room right next to mine with a brand new unit!! whey couldnt I just get that before Sonesta ? We then moved again at 11.30 pm. Even the parking next to the hotel is expensive and they were trying to get me to give them 60/day when there were self park options for 23/day. Some maintenance staff and the front desk staff are not polite, they seem frustrated and take it out on the guests :( I really really encourage you to find something else. There's a Hyatt nearby, seemed really nice, maybe try that instead. Good luck.

Free shuttle to and from Airport . Was not able to connect to the wifi ,called front desk and operater for 30mins ，Nobody answer . Went down to the front desk, was told wifi was down. Could have told us upon checkin ,wifi wasnt working . We could have change hotel ❗️
