This hotel is truly the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in during my more than ten days in the United States! When I checked out, I left my luggage at the front desk. Before I could leave, the black man came over and said that she had broken my bottle of red wine. She kept complaining that I didn't tell her in advance that there was red wine in it! If I store several bags, do I have to tell her in advance what is in each bag? Moreover, the bag I put the red wine in was hung firmly on the suitcase. The bag was not broken. The red wine was broken inside the bag. The only possibility is that the woman took off my bag and threw it to the ground with great force! I called Ctrip to report the problem, but the hotel arrogantly refunded $20 to Ctrip and ignored it! How disgusting!
