This hotel is convenient for connecting flights. The toilet was clogged when I checked in. No one repaired it at 10 o'clock at night. They waited for an hour before telling me that I was off work and then changed rooms for us at 12 o'clock. It was very inefficient. Secondly, parking is very expensive. . .

Les invito a tener mas dispensadores de agua potable de uso público, en áreas comunes, y así reduciremos todos juntos el uso de botellas plasticas para tomar agua.

If you ever have the misfortune of forgetting an item after checking out, be prepared for an unpleasant experience in trying to retrieve it!! I discovered I had forgotten my iPad within an hour of checking out but because I was in LAX international after going through security, the hotel agent refused to send it to me via their shuttle driver even though my husband agreed to meet him outside the terminal (the hotel was only ten minutes from the airport). Thus began an exchange of emails over the next 15 days to have the pad shipped to a Florida address of a friend. Because we were traveling internationally, we could only be in Florida overnight so if was imperative that it arrive in time. The hotel agent I dealt with refused to disclose the name of his manager and he virtually ceased to be helpful. Fortunately for an outside agency that deals specifically with items left behind was I able to finally get the iPad shipped.

We loved our room! Clean, the bed and linens were so comfortable and the layout of the room itself was fabulous. The shower layout and floor were wonderful - opposite wall faucet to turn on the water and a no-slip floor. A small table and 4 chairs for bookwork or game-playing, TV in the living room area as well as the bedroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating. And they have Krispy Kreme donuts delivered each morning, in addition to the free house breakfast which includes made-to-order omelets. Pool and gym areas are very well-kept and comfortable. The property is about a 10 minute drive to Departures at LAX, and the free shuttle comes every 30 mins on the hour. It has a beautifully decorated huge open lobby, with the elevators facing the open lobby. On-site bar, food provided by delivered UberEats once you pick from the QR code menu. We are becoming more picky as we age and this hotel checked all our boxes and then some. Highly recommend!

Staff were really great! Very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Thank you! The rooms, however, are getting a bit worn out and need a refresh. Lots of weird noises coming from pipes and HVAC. The first night we were next door to a loud rugby team and walls seemed pretty thin at the time but the staff were kind enough to relocate us for the remainder of our stay. Short-term parking out front was challenging because there’s hardly any room for more than a couple of cars. Onsite parking was nice but expensive. The full breakfast and custom omelettes were fantastic! Overall it was a good pick.
