Facilities: The three of us stayed in the newly renovated 2BR. It didn’t smell too bad, but the room was very small and the quilt was a little thin~
There is no kitchen, only a sink and a small refrigerator
Health: Pretty clean
Environment: It's a bit noisy facing the street, but overall it's okay
Service: It seems very enthusiastic and good, but in fact nothing was solved... I wanted to ask for an extra quilt because the blanket was not warm enough, but I was given a pile of sheets... Speechless

The room is large and has a kitchen, which is suitable for long-term living at home. Parking is also convenient. Horrible experience. Staff was rude. Coffee machine in room with nothing to store your coffee. Breakfast was equivalent to a hostel. On top of that, they double charged the $250 deposit and then claimed they were only showing one deposit and said there was nothing they could do about it. Offered no solutions or even a bottle of water for the inconvenience. I had to call my bank and report fraud and they were able to reverse the charges. The cleaning staff did not change the sheets or pillow slips. They just made the bed and fluffed the pillow and I was there for 5 days. DO NOT stay here if you have any expectations of a decent hotel and service oriented staff. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member and stay in Marriott hotels regularly. I will be reporting this hotel to Marriott and will definitely direct them to the many many negative reviews on this hotel.

I think we chose a bad time for our stay. The hotel is under renovation and it is being flipped into a different Marriott concept property, Burton House. There was a room number problem as they are in the process of renumbering the floors and the rooms and it fell on our check in date. Everything else was good, the room was exceptional as we were assigned one of the renovated rooms. The TV was confusing and had no channel guide. Now about the free breakfast: I would be embarrassed to serve anyone 60% of what their offering was. The pastries and breads were terrible. I do not think the new concept will offer free breakfast. Hopefully something of higher quality will be available since guests appear to be paying. Additionally there seemed to be too many "automat" type vending machines in the remodeled lobby. That is disappointing. Lastly the new website needs to be corrected. Ruth Chris Steakhouse has not been in Beverly Hills for years. Closest is in Marina del Rey. To conclude, if the new concept is priced fairly, go for the rooms, but not the meals. The staff is very friendly. The man running the car valet service is definitely a front of house asset.

It doesn’t look like much from the outside but when you go in it’s a different feel. The lobby is really nice and the rooms are pretty nice. The only thing that I’m not ok with was the hefty valet parking fee of $51. Plus tax. Aside from that, this place is a nice spot. I like it better than the Marriott across the street, better space/room in this place with microwave and Refrigerator in the room.

I would NOT recommend a stay at this property at all. 7 AM right above room 319 hammer and nail sounds, drilling sounds, etc. come to find out the property is under Contruction, but no one bothered to inform the guests BEFORE hand. Extremely unpleasant stay.
