Location: The hotel has a good location, being near Target store, Universal Studios, Avenue of Stars and other places, which is convenient for shopping and travel. Some rooms are described as comfortable. It also offers free parking and provides breakfast.(based on 7 reviews)

The place is clean in the inside and the service excellent

Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of updates. My family and I checked in on Friday afternoon and the man at the front desk was very unfriendly, rude, couldn’t even greet us with a hello or at least with a smile. While I was talking to him he never looked at my face, also while I was talking to him he started to talk on the phone, he was not helpful at all, no manners whatsoever. He couldn’t even explain to us how to access the elevator. As soon as you walk in it smells really bad and they tried to cover that smell with lots of another horrible smell of some kind of incense. Be aware that next door to the entrance of the hotel there is a door with no signs… what a surprise when it turned out to be a bar/club that has loud music at night right below the rooms, very difficult to sleep with loud people talking and the loud music. Very uncomfortable beds, old and uncomfortable pillows, terrible. The housekeeping was not very clean, the bathroom had mold on the edges of the lower wall, dirty floor, dirty walls, dirty doors. We were very concerned about bed bugs. Thankfully we didn’t find any, but it was a terrible stay at this place. No tissue paper, no dryer, at least there was a mini fridge and iron. The carpet in the room was disgusting, it also has some holes. This hotel is in bad condition. We didn’t even try the breakfast for sanitary reasons, if the rooms and the hotel are in this condition who knows about the breakfast. This hotel is by Wyndham I honestly was expecting at least a clean and comfortable bed, what a disappointment. It needs better management, upgrades, renovations, cleaning, sanitation, or close this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.
