The room was spacious and came with complimentary bottled water, slippers, and toiletries. Downstairs, there's a 24-hour hot water dispenser and a microwave available for use. The surrounding area offers plenty of dining options, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the city center.

It was close to Nihonmura Plaza and offered good value for money. There were also many Japanese restaurants nearby, and the metro station was close by.
The bathroom and toilet were clean, and the room was clean too. Having a bidet was a nice touch.

Overall, the room was satisfactory. Located in the heart of the city (Little Tokyo), it was relatively quiet at night. There are many Japanese and Korean restaurants nearby, catering to Asian tastes. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station (less than a five-minute walk).

It was just okay. It wasn't as good as I had imagined Japanese hotels to be. Also, the deposit refund was very slow. I've already returned to my home country and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. The facilities were old and the soundproofing was poor.

I stayed here on the recommendation of a friend while in Los Angeles. It was a Japanese-run hotel, so I felt safe.
I didn't see any Japanese staff during my three nights, but I had no issues.
The free shuttle to Dodgers Stadium is one subway stop away, about a 15-minute walk. You'll pass a demonstration site on the way, so be careful.
I bought bread from the first floor for breakfast and enjoyed it with the coffee in my room. It was delicious, so I recommend it.
The coffee maker in my room was a little out of order, which caused some issues.

They were very accommodating.
I would like to use their services again.
It was quite noisy late at night from the road, but it wasn't so loud that I couldn't sleep.

The location was fantastic and the hospitality of the staff was excellent. I was very satisfied.
The only thing that concerned me about previous reviews was that there were bed lice in the beds, and although I believe that measures have already been taken, I think that if you could send out a message about this, even more people would be able to use the hotel with peace of mind.

Very Japanese humanized management style, there are water heaters and microwave ovens in the lobby, and there is a Japanese village and many Japanese restaurants around.

The experience was very bad. The window of the room could only be opened a crack. There was a peculiar smell in the room when we checked in. We signed a pre-authorization of 200 US dollars when we checked in on the first day. The hotel charged us another 150 US dollars on the next morning. They said that the housekeeping staff said that we smoked in the room and it smelled like smoke, so it needed deep cleaning! The hotel never communicated with us. We didn't even have a lighter. They just put a note on the table and deducted 350 US dollars. And the empty instant noodle bucket on the table was not cleaned up. What cleaning fee needs 350 US dollars! And we did a pre-authorization of 200 US dollars on the first day. No one at the hotel communicated with us, but they swiped our card for 150 US dollars! We contacted the hotel and they refused to refund! I really don't know how the Ctrip platform audits hotel services. Such a hotel with stolen cards can be on the platform.

The hotel has very good services. I highly recommend it. The room is quite big and has all kinds of amenities and slippers. The hotel is very close to the subway, but I don't recommend taking the LA subway. It's dark inside, there's garbage on the seats and the ground, and the cleanliness is very poor. There are also local passengers, both men and women, who will put their feet on the chairs at will, which makes people feel bad and thinks the quality is really too poor
