worst pillows in the world, they are criminally understaffed, decent breakfast, the elevator was broken so we had to carry our suitcases up, good parking is included

I don’t like to spend a lot of money on a hotel. I just need a place to sleep. This hotel was perfect! The room was quiet even though close to a busy street and well equipped with microwave, coffee machine, flatscreen TV, and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast had eggs & sausage. The parking lot is gated. I highly recommend Biscuit & Bean for lunch a block away!

The stay was very comfortable and staff was very friendly.The hotel is located in a central area with many restaurants close by and the Hollywood area,downtown LA are close to the place.Liked the breakfast options available daily. Only con was that the bathroom lock was not locking consistently and got stuck a few times.But they promptly fixed it the very next day so all in all, it was a very pleasant stay here for our family trip. Would definitely recommend this for a stay near DTLA/ Hollywood area.
