The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites, Los Angeles Reviews

I needed to go to the courthouse for family matters and the Bonaventure is so close and is just an amazing and lovely place to stay. Everything you need is at your fingertips and it’s a joy to just hang out in the lobby. Also, all the staff that I had interactions with were so helpful and friendly (so rare to find these days!)

Very bad system of deposit and reception and managers are helpless

good position location

Location is really central, but it’s very dangerous at night. It’s a quite a messy neighbourhood just stone throw from their financial district. Parking only via valet, which take awhile when there are few cars ahead of you. Nice hotel, but pillows are of irregular sizes and mushy.

OLD BUT OVERALL I GOOD

The hotel was nice and clean but the hotel parking lot was full so we had to park at another place which was quiet inconvenient.

Service was ok. Other Westin hotels chains do a lot better, barely any amenities in the hotel and their check in counters are really inefficient.

Comfy bed. Room is clean but fairly old. 10 minutes walk to market

Great for downtown LA and for visiting the arena

Nice & clean hotel. great location not very customer friendly as we are used to in Asia. customer service is not as expected.
