Great location. Beautiful historic building on the outside. Staff was friendly. The inside area and rooms need much better planning and updating.

We always stay in the Culver hotel when visiting our daughter in the area. Its convient, comfortable and the service is terrific. The staff always goes above and beyond to be helpful and friendly.

The hotel oozed 1920's historic decor! Loved the details in the architecture! The Culver Hotel is centrally located to numerous restaurants, stores, and green spaces. The staff was very friendly! I loved the room and the pillows were outstanding!

I loved this hotel. The look and feel felt old school Hollywood and the bed was one of the comfiest I slept in. If you like luxury hotels, this is a great one. They even provide a complimentary drink ticket for the lounge bar upon arrival. I also had a personal greeting note and bottle of champagne chilling in the fridge for me (not requested but very much appreciated). The only downside was the windows are not sound proof so if you're a light sleeper, then the busy street noises may be disruptive. So bring some ear plugs.

Beautiful, classic hotel with excellent service and gorgeous rooms. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Los Angeles. The area is great, too.

Our experience at this hotel was unexpectedly beyond disappointing. The Check in was a foreshadowing to our stay, it was a bad impression. The lady at the front desk was not welcoming at all. The Continental “breakfast” was not good either. It was just tea, coffee and one choice of pastry. We sat at the “lobby” and we didn’t even get water offered. We asked for water and they said to use the one in the room. The service during dinner was awful too, the server was rude and seemed to be annoyed the whole time. We let the manager know and she gave excuses. The room itself was in bad conditions, it’s old and not taken care of, the bathroom doorknob was loose and I got locked a few times. The Check out was disappointing as well, the person at the front desk did not even ask how our stay was. Very far from highest level of hospitality. Honestly, not worth the money, if you are paying $400, go somewhere else.

The staff provided top level customer service. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. All amenities were as advertised. All the food we had (3 meals and snacks) were excellent. Be sure to make reservations since the seating is limited but definitely worth it for the dinner and high tea.
