Our experience at this hotel was unexpectedly beyond disappointing. The Check in was a foreshadowing to our stay, it was a bad impression. The lady at the front desk was not welcoming at all. The Continental “breakfast” was not good either. It was just tea, coffee and one choice of pastry. We sat at the “lobby” and we didn’t even get water offered. We asked for water and they said to use the one in the room. The service during dinner was awful too, the server was rude and seemed to be annoyed the whole time. We let the manager know and she gave excuses. The room itself was in bad conditions, it’s old and not taken care of, the bathroom doorknob was loose and I got locked a few times. The Check out was disappointing as well, the person at the front desk did not even ask how our stay was. Very far from highest level of hospitality. Honestly, not worth the money, if you are paying $400, go somewhere else.
