This place is so cute! The staff is friendly and the design/style is great The location is also really central. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance!

We stayed at Palihouse West Hollywood on a recommendation from our children. We were not disappointed. The room was beautiful. The staff was exceptional. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The only thing I would change is location of our room. We are not used to street noise at home. Third Street can be a bit noisy at night.

The hotel is cozy, beautiful and well located. The rooms are quite big and the beds comfortable. I wasn’t very pleased with the staff unfortunately. Apart from the guy that checked me in (who was incredibly nice and helpful), they all seem to be in a bad “I don’t want to be here” mood at all times… the maintenance guy was super nice and so is house keeping but some of the room service people and most all of the front desk people were not nice. It’s a shame because apart from that, it was all great but I am not sure if I’ll be returning because or the service.

Cute hotel, cute location, complete mess with service! Rude unconcerned staff, AC was broken. The housekeeping just didn’t clean some rooms, and didn’t give us bath towels. One room would be extremely hot, the other freezing. Every issue needed to be addressed with the inefficient front desk, right down to waiting in line for 20mins just to pay the $50 for valet to leave. Horrible experience, will never stay here again and would discourage others from it as well.

Lovely, comfortable, and spacious rooms. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I was there 3 nights and issues with the WiFi each day. My first room was on the top floor which and I had some trouble sleeping the first night because of the noise from the AC units on the roof but the staff was helpful in switching me.

When I walked into the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the chic design albeit was greeted by an unfriendly front desk agent. Nonetheless, room was ready and comfortable. Bed is comfortable. During my last day, there was no hot water throughout the entire hotel (twice in one day). Accidents as such happen but the lack of apology and extremely lukewarm (if not rude) attitude I received from hotel staff (from front desk to manager) really put me off. Checkout wasn't seamless either. I got refunded for my last night and, still, will not be returning.

Upon arrival, Cait was super friendly and accommodating to hold our luggage until our room was ready. After check in.. we arrived to our room. Love the plates on the walls indicating the room numbers. The beds were so comfortable that a nap was in order. Housekeeping was wonderful in ensuring our beds were made every day, and fresh towels were available. The only thing I was not a fan of was the mini fridge being stocked full of drinks that we didn't have much room to place our beverages we purchased. Hotel is located in an excellent area with a liquor store nearby, pizza place nearby was great, and if you go anywhere.. please visit the Magnolia Bakery across the street and pick up some banana pudding. You can thank me later.. LOL!
