First, I would like to say that some of the staff that I encountered were very nice and friendly. That was probably the only thing I liked about my stay at this hotel. My main issue that I had was that my room was not properly cleaned. I took pictures of all the issues that I saw with the room. To me the room was not up to code for someone to stay in. When I brought up the lack of cleanliness to the hotel manager he was very apologetic and offered me a discount on what I paid for the room. I still have yet to receive a discount.

Just to say thanks for coriana at morning front desk.. very polite and helpful will definitely return for another stay. she made my stay comfortable and made sure i had all i needed no delays thank you for folks like her.

DO NOT GO TO EXTENDED STAY LAX! I purchased a month stay and I instantly regretted it. There are VERY weird vibes at this hotel. There was a chemical smell permeating through my room at random times that made me sleeply. I stayed on the first floor, attached to an electrical room, and it felt as though there were hidden chambers around my room. It got so bad that I could no longer sleep in the room I paid for and had to sleep outside in my car for almost two weeks. I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience was so bad I had to warn others. If I could give negative stars, I would. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO TO EXTENDED STAY LAX!
