Overall service was below average, for being a hotel in DTLA the windows should have a better acoustic isolation you can hear all the noise from the street if you. The room had a smell. Cannot really describe it. Been in the Ace at New York and London and the experience was pleasant. Cannot say the same to LA

The hotel is an area that is very walkable and safe, food options are many. The staff of the property are very good. We’ve enjoyed our stay here, the off site over night parking is 3 minute walk away. The carpet in the room is old. We will stay here again next time visiting, I’d recommend this hotel.

Stile Downtown Los Angeles operated by kasa is where you want to be either be it for leisure or business. I’ve stayed numerous times at the property and have encouraged most of my business and design clients who have all booked stays at this hotel. Ground staff: Despite the fact that you get very clear and unmistakable instructions after you book online, you’re still welcomed by the most competent team at the property. Very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and they make you instantly feel relaxed. Whilst I’ve interacted with most of them, my absolute favorites are Michael, Isreal, Cameron and Natalie. Natalie is definitely a 10 star. The hotel and their management do have a goldmine in respect of their staff on ground . Rooms: Clean , minimalistic , quiet and hotel has all amenities you’ll need for a stay. Housekeeping is top, Maintenance is top , Hotel is very clean. Location: Fashion district. Walkable to many spots . Parking: Not available at the property but you have parking spots close by and walkable to the hotel. Neighborhood: Safe. Negative: Takes just too long to get back the money you paid for the incidentals. We’re in a new era and shouldn’t take more than 3 to 5 days for anyone to get back their incidentals .

Stayed here for New Year's Eve... Found it to be a really nifty boutique downtown LA hotel. There was a nice disco brunch on Sunday and a popular rooftop, that had a DJ nightly, as well as several special events throughout the month. According to my friends that are local to Los Angeles, The Ace, is known to host many parties and events. It is next door to a theater which I understand is fairly popular... Location was pretty good really not too difficult to get anywhere from Pasadena to LA live... Unfortunately it seems the Ace will be closing its doors the last week of January 2024... And even though my stay was brief, (only 2 days)I think that's too bad, I certainly would have looked forward to staying again!
