This hotel is the true definition of a hidden gem. From the staff, to the rooms and restaurant- this must stay spot in LA is an A+. If there were more stars to give, I’d give them all. You’re not going to find a better spot with the amenities and location as this incredible hotel

Hande was a great help. Suite is spacious with three separate living spaces. Valet parking. We walked to Hollywood Blvd. We enjoyed bloody Mary’s poolside while waiting for our room to be ready. Should be nice tonight with the lights over the pool.

I can hear every single word spoken by a guest across the hall and next door. No privacy. Outside, it’s extremely loud with people screaming and cars accelerating.

Room very cold in the evening every night of the stay. Hotel manager chose not to fix it even though a change in the thermostat would have changed the heat. No thermostat in the room.

The place is overrated. Accomodations, in the Suite Room, are fair at best. No in room a/c control and we could hear all conversation from nearby rooms.

Lovely stay, fantastic staff, great location, super helpful team - but very, very dark rooms. I just needed one or two more lights so I could put some makeup on :)
