Boutique hotel with lots of potential, centrally located!

Hotel receptionist was rude. Room was super8 level clean, you always hear noise from near rooms air conditioning. Location is okay but I don't think I will book here again.

I recently stayed at the Beverly Laurel Hotel in Los Angeles, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and truly deserves a glowing review. First and foremost, the location is fantastic. It's situated in a lively area with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. It's also a short drive to many of LA's famous attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities you could need, including a mini-fridge and coffee maker. I was particularly impressed with the spaciousness of the rooms and the modern bathrooms. The staff at the Beverly Laurel Hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Laurel Hotel to anyone visiting Los Angeles. It's a charming hotel with excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic location. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to LA! A very cute, vintage-ish motel in a great location. We were put in a corner suite, which was fantastic. The pillows are the thick, firmer kind, which don't work well for me, and I always prefer eco-friendly toiletries, but everything else was fantastic and we would definitely stay again. The staff, especially, were all very friendly and helpful. There's also a courtyard pool, which is cool. And it was very reasonably priced. Definitely worth what you pay for.

Torn between 2 & 3 stars because on the one hand, the property is fair for the price BUT our room still wasn’t ready 1-1/2 hours after check-in and it reeked of cigarette smoke. The maid left the windows open in an attempt to air it out but it was so bad, we had to sleep with the windows open, which meant noise. The next morning our clothes & hair smelled like an ashtray. UGH

This hotel has a great vibe, a great location and is very affordable. it has a lot of its original charm and the fact that there is a diner, right underneath is a bonus. You can get wine and food at the diner at a reasonable price. Way better than spending too much on room service. My third time here and I’ll be back again.
