It's located near downtown, so it's easy to move around and great for exploring downtown LA. It was a little inconvenient because the interior of the hotel wasn't bright, but other than this, everything was good.

Hotel receptionist was rude. Room was super8 level clean, you always hear noise from near rooms air conditioning. Location is okay but I don't think I will book here again.

This was a great place to stay - well located, cool retro vibe with clean and modern rooms, fun Swingers Coffee Shop literally next door, convenient valet parking. The staff were welcoming and friendly.
Two small reservations: housekeeping was only available on request, which was not made clear when I checked in; and the mattress was like a futon mattress, not very comfortable. I would stay here again nevertheless.
