Extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. My husband and daughter booked a room here, and it was utterly unkept and gross. When I called to request a refund due to the unacceptable conditions, I was met with appalling customer service. The woman at the front desk not only cussed and screamed at me but also pretended to not understand English or even what an email was. When she eventually called the supervisor on his cell phone, she rudely held her cell against the hotel phone for him to speak to me. However, he showed no professionalism, talking over me, and to top it off, she hung up on me mid-conversation. Highly don't recommend this place for anyone seeking a pleasant stay and decent customer service.

Check in is quick and they are always friendly! Have had several stays with no issues within the last few months. The complimentary bottled water and snack are greatly appreciated!

The AC don't work and the room is 🔥 very bad

Had to change rooms twice because the first room was way to small, could hardly move around. And the second room the bathroom sink was cracked and if I would've used the sink the water would have landed on the floor. At the end they did give me an upgrade that had a jacuzzi but because I paid for a standard room they said, if I use the jacuzzi I would have to pay extra.

Not being familiar with driving in the LA basin the Starlight was easy to find with the signs out front. Check in was quick and easy, parking was good and the room was very clean (loved the blue led rope lights for a night light) and we were close to the event we attended Saturday night. All in All would return in a heartbeat.
