My friends and I got there Friday early evening after a 6 hour drive. We were tired and just wanted a smooth quick check in. However, the front desk agent asked for the credit card that was used to book the two rooms. Not sure why if the rooms were already booked and paid in advanced. I mentioned I had used a virtual ghost card for security reasons and he said he wasn't sure they accepted that. I'm like um what? The rooms are PAID FOR! The transaction obviously went through. He tried to call his manager who didn't answer. I had to find the receipt on my phone and show it to him. This whole thing took a while as you can imagine. The agent then took a while checking in each room. I swear, this was like the slowest check in I've ever had and I've stayed at multiple hotels. Then, it was the rooms, the double bed I stayed in had a newish looking AC unit that started shaking/being loud if we set the temperate in the low 60s. We had to set it to 75 but wasn't very comfortable. The king bed my friends stayed in had ants in the room. We had a lot of luggage and didn't want to bother moving all our stuff and going down to the incompetent front desk agent downstairs. Definitely not staying here again. Also, there were some sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot on Saturday night. Just made me question the safety of our car, don't leave anything out, not even empty bags cause you might end up with a broken window.
