It’s a fairly old hotel. The facilities feel dated especially for the price. Breakfast is fine. I like Best Western but I would not stay at this property again. The location is not recommended for tourists as it’s very far from all the good tourist attractions.

The location is in Koreatown, very convenient for eating. The room is simple and clean, there’s a coffee machine with coffee, but no hot water machine with tea, so you need to go to the service desk on the first floor if you want to make tea. There’s an ironing board but no iron.
The air conditioner is extremely loud when running.

The hotel is a bit old, so the soundproofing isn't great. You can easily hear what the people in the next room are doing and saying. The breakfast is simple. There's no ventilation in the bathroom, so the room gets progressively more humid the longer you stay. Aside from these issues, it's a decent place.

I was told the $100 USD deposit that was taken from me would be returned in 3 - 5 business days - it has been 12 business days and I still don't have it back - two phone calls and they keep saying it is my bank - the hotel has not released the hold on it. Another call today and I was told it now takes 10 business days and when I informed her that it had been 12 business days already she then told me 20 business days. Seems it is just a made up on the spot figure. I guess it will just keep increasing until the automatic hold is released.
Great location but there were loud arguements, slamming doors, and people walking the hallways all night. My door handle was rattled twice. Made it feel very unsafe. My daughter was petrified. Could not sleep.
Could be much cleaner and the staff are extremely unhelpful bordering on outright rude but still expect a tip for service. My tip is improve your service and how you speak to customers.
Breakfast staff are wonderful and kind. Other service staff not so.
It could be great hotel except for these issues. So hopefully they will fix them up.

The neighborhood around the hotel isn't very clean, so you need to be careful when walking around. The room itself was fine. The lobby is quite small, and the breakfast was just okay, but it was enough.
