Amicable and helpful hotel staff. It's a good place, close to Hollywood Bulvar and Sunset Bulvar: no coffee or any drinking water in the hotel.

Get a superior room, It was very beautiful The room was on the third floor. People on the first floor face the lobby, so it's pretty I think it's noisy. The third floor was quiet. On the last day of my solo female trip, I had nearly 30kg of luggage. No elevator, steep stairs, I was wondering what to do The woman at the reception carried it with me. The room was based on white and looked cute. The clothes I brought in smelled strongly of hypochlorous acid. The hot water in the shower is unstable and sometimes turns into cold water. It's within walking distance to the Walk of Fame. I got tangled up with a homeless person on the way there, so I felt it was a bit unsafe. Uber costs about $9. When you exit the hotel, walk 200 meters to the left and you will see the Hollywood sign clearly. The last photo is the road from the hotel to the Walk of Fame. It's a little less crowded.

Fernando was the most excellent front desk staff I've ever encountered! Friendly and helpful. So sweet. He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable!

It's not the hotel's fault the area has gone downhill. Housing rates and the corporatocracy has done that to multiple cities. But fix the bathroom window on the ground floor, room 107, where someone could easily break in. Make the rooms NOT smell like bathrooms. Fix the holes in the walls. Make sure you don't walk into my room when I already got my key, closed the door, and sat on the toilet. It was an accident, of course, but it was certainly a first. Kept it bolted after that! I like the office staff though. Nice people. They helped me find weird stuff to jam in my broken ground floor window to keep it closed.

The friendly and outspoken staff, coupled with the hotel's prime location, make it an ideal choice for those seeking easy access to the local dining and Hollywood entertainment—everything is just a step away from the lobby. Clean and slightly more spacious than a college dorm room, the accommodations are cozy, with modest TV sizes. Though it lacks on-site parking, nearby options are available for $30 overnight—a reasonable compromise for such an affordably priced stay in the heart of the city.

Nice and clean and close to everything. Quiet too. Staff was very helpful. Late checkin worked perfect.

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area and is a short walk to the metro. The rooms are not large but have everything you need. There is a safe and a fridge and the bed is comfortable. The only real negative is the walls are very thin. You can hear people talking in the next room and in the hallways. I had two nights interrupted sleep out of a 3 night stay due to very talkative neighbours. But you could be luckier.

Fernando was wonderful when he greeted us, and helped us get settled into our room, and gave recommendations for restaurants nearby. I was concerned since I thought this part of town was a problem-but it was great, we walked around Hollywood Blvd (more than I did when I lived in LA from 1976-1980. We got to stay in the Marilyn Monroe room-that was a very special bonus

Pretty basic hotel if you’re staying just a couple days. The person mainly working the front desk at the time was helpful, funny and chill. It’s in a quiet area just tucked away from a noisy part of the walk of fame. No elevator but they do have accessible rooms on the first floor. They have laundry machines you can use, which was an emergency life saver for me. I would stay there again.
