This is my first time staying at this hotel. The hotel is not big with 25 rooms, but it is free, quiet and comfortable. The bedding is especially good, super delicate and soft. The room layout is reasonable, with wooden blinds, tables, chairs, sofas, floor lamps, bedside lamps, full-length mirrors and half-length mirrors, and decorative paintings on the walls, all of which are harmonious and warm. The bathroom is small and clean, the towels are good, the shower head is old but the water pressure is pretty good. There is coffee in the room and free tea, coffee and fruit at the front desk. The community environment is good, and there are many exquisitely designed villas in the surrounding area. The most important factor in choosing this hotel is the free parking. Two nights before departure, the front desk asked if they needed car washing, and they said it was free. It's a pity that I left early and came back late during this trip, so I didn't get to enjoy this service in time.

Property has charm, construction & road noise from Sunset Blvd were to be expected. Property list Breakfast Included, they should call it a "Breakfast Bar" Literally. I asked the front desk where breakfast could be found? He pointed to the small basket of Kellogg's Fruit Bars (not bad). I then asked for coffee, he told me it could be found in the room. My suggestion, put the bars in the room with the coffee. You don't provide Breakfast! Update your ******* Listing.

The property had a nostalgic appeal. However, the rooms were very small, amenities outdated. Remote didn't work inside the room. The heater was hard to operate. Probably won't stay here again.

Had a great stay at the Brentwood Inn. Part of it was under construction (in April) but our accommodations and service were fine. Nika and Louis at the front desk were both awesome - shout out to Nika for fixing our minor cable TV issue (hope that the TV and remotes are updated/replaced during the renovation). Looking forward to returning soon!

There was no breakfast! Free breakfast was just a false advertisement! What they call breakfast was hot water and snack bar. The coffee was just the awful coffeemaker and the coffee at room (that I didn’t use). I stayed two nights and each morning I had to drive in the rush hour, find parking place and buy breakfast.
The bathroom was absolutely not like the pictures. It was a kind of hole 2 feet by 2 feet. The carpet was probably as old as the building (a hundred years probably) and very dirty.
I gave one more star just because of the location.

Very comfortable bed and that was much appreciated. Free parking is also a plus. The hotel is in the process of being renovated and I think that will help with some of the dated aspects of the rooms. The carpet in our room definitely needs to be replaced. I would recommend putting a rug in the bathroom -- the tile floor was like ice cubes and that is not pleasant in the morning. I would also look into weighted shower curtains -- our shower curtain basically clug to us as we tried to shower. Location is convenient to Brentwood and The Getty. A little tricky to get into the parking lot at rush hour as there are several schools that are getting out at the same time and the traffic was horrible.
