Wonderful

The Cape is the best hotel we have stayed at and we have traveled all over the world (except Asia and Africa). The property is gorgeous, the infinity pool and lounge chairs are perfect. The most amazing part about this hotel is the staff, they are so kind and wonderful and attentive! The ledge restaurant is great for breakfast or dinner, have to try the French toast (ask for it well done) we also love their sausage. We love the spa!! You can go just for the sauna, plunge pool, jacuzzi, and of course to lay on the lounge chairs and watch the sunset and listen to the waives. Noel is my favorite to get a massage from as well! I have to say, they have figured it out! We love the king room ocean front, junior suite with plunge pool, and the Thompson suite. We’ve yet to stay in the panaromic suite but hear it’s the best!! Enjoy

My sixth time here! I’m always welcomed by the staff who remain and remember myself & husband. Everyone is so friendly, attentive and very hospitable. However I’d like to give a special special shoutout to Vianney at the front desk! It’s always such a joy to see her. She knows her job very well, I cannot emphasize that enough. She is warm, very kind, knowledgeable, as well as informative of personal preferences (I stay a little too often haha). She handles things with ease and explains things very well. Everyone is kind at the front desk, but in my opinion she knows her stuff down to the details. After all, she has been present for my last three stays over a course of a year and half. Thank you Vianney for always being so welcoming, kind and just knowing your stuff! Wherever you go you will continue to standout and shine. I wish you all the best and I hope to see you again very soon.

The restaurant was amazing. The tuna sashima we ordered was caught earlier in the day and it was the freshest we have ever had. Oscar the server was exceptional. Our hotel stay has been excellent as well. Upon check in, we were greeted with friendly people and a nice cocktail. We highly recommend staying at the Cape and dining here.

My architect husband picked this hotel based on the beautiful architecture, naturally. But we would choose The Cape again for the stunning location, gorgeously appointed rooms, delicious food, the perfectly sited pool but also and so importantly for the welcoming and always helpful staff. Every staff member we came in contact with was outstanding but we’d like to give a special shoutout to the wonderful Fernanda who took special care of us at the pool.

Our experience at The Cape was next level. Carlos, Raul and all the service at the pool really made our trip special. They went above and beyond all day long for everyone. The food and drinks were top tier. This should definitely be a destination on your bucket list with beautiful views all day long. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks to all the staff for their awesome hospitality!

An amazing experience! Beautiful views and great service. Karmen was one of our servers and provided exceptional service and even gave us binoculars to see the ocean life! We have enjoyed our trip so much. The pool and beach and beautiful!!
