Fuimos de vacaciones, allí al entrar al apartamento el suelo estaba mojado, varias de las sábanas y fundas de almohada sucias. En los baños había insectos en la bañera. En el salón y en la cocina nos encontramos varios insectos tales como cucarachas (adjunto imágenes). Una vez hablado con recepción su solución fue mandarnos a alguien de la limpieza para usar spray insecticida. Abandonamos el apartamento antes de lo previsto porque no queríamos estar más tiempo en un lugar que no reunía las condiciones mínimas de higiene. El encargado Héctor nos dijo que era normal que en Tenerife hubiera insectos (en los tres hoteles más que nos alojamos no nos encontramos ningún insecto). Después de ver las imágenes, nos prometió devolvernos el dinero del día que dejábamos sin emplear a cambio de no poner una reclamación, sin embargo nos mintió ya que al cabo de dos semanas no hemos recibido dinero ni noticia alguna. Espero que esto sea de ayuda para futuras personas que vayan de vacaciones y tengan dudas sobre que alojamiento elegir.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. Les appartements sont un peu dans leur « jus » mais offre de l’espace. Nous avions 2 salle de bain, la première était une cabine de douche dont la porte était cassée, nous n’avons donc pas tellement pu l’utiliser, en revanche la deuxième offre une douche a l’italienne assez récente. La chambre était côté rue, donc très calme. Le quartier est d’ailleurs très agréable, loin de la foule et de l’agitation. Le coin cuisine est appréciable. Les points négatifs : - l’hygiène, en effet les joints des salles de bains sont sales, des traces de calcaires, de l’humidité. Mais le pire ce sont les cafards … nous en avons repéré au moins 2 par jours. Nous l’avons signalé à la femme de ménage qui n’avait pas l’air étonnée. Elle nous a dit qu’ils diffusaient régulièrement des produits pour lutter contre les cafards mais sans +. Je suis désolée mais pour moi c’est rédhibitoire … - la piscine est agréable mais il faut se lever très tôt si vous voulez avoir un transat.

B3 A 99122. We had a fantastic time the breakfast is second to none it’s amazing, the staff are very helpful and friendly there is a choice of 3 pools that you can use, every where was so very clean and tidy it’s a beautiful hotel and we are looking forward too returning back soon

Myself and my best friend booked this hotel last minute as our intended hotel was fully booked. As it happens, I am so so glad we did. We had an entire apartment to ourselves, a full kitchen, front room and 2 double beds. it would have slept another 2 people with the pull out sofa bed alongside had we needed too. The pools were heated and the beautiful backdrop of the mountains made it spectacular. Not only that, I think what made this trip special was the staff. Francesca the receptionist made us feel so welcome, the lifeguards were phenomenal and all the catering staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a great one. I enjoyed it so much I have booked it again for 3 months time! Highly recommended

Our first trip to Tenerife where we were not in a hotel (40 plus visits in 30 years!) and what an amazing experience! Fantastic accommodation and found some amazing eateries locally. Think we might have upset some ‘locals’ on Facebook by referring to this as a Hotel as we were firmly told it was residential . Anyway we will return as part residents soon as the Heights is perfect for what we need!

Highly recommended. Excellent service, all staff brilliant, so friendly. Hotel very clean. We enjoyed the pool area and using the facilities of the Hollywood Mirage. Apartment, great size, huge balconies. We had a wonderful time. Would go back!
