Basic accommodation but very clean in an area with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone that likes a hotel or pool based holiday as the pool is very small and there is no entertainment at all here. You also have to pay to have a mattress or parasol for the sunbeds. You can use the beds without but they’re uncomfortable. The bedrooms are clean with a small cooking area. We found it met our needs as we only slept here and ate out and went out to the beach most days. Good if you want somewhere to stay without spending a lot of time in the hotel.

On arrival to the hotel late in the evening, we were disappointed to learn there was no air conditioning. Also no Internet included and had to pay per device, which is a total rip off. It's been years since I've stayed in a hotel where there are lots of additional charges involved: Mini golf on site Table tennis If you wanted a cushion for your sunbed.. Would have liked the restaurant to open slightly earlier for breakfast and the pool as well. Lots of sunbeds reserved and one day saw 4 were reserved and didn't see anyone use them all day. Despite the negatives, the hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The room was cleaned every day apart from the last day, but could have done with more toilet roll in the room with a family of 5.

Travelled as a family with 2 children (4 and 9). The pool area is lacking any atmosphere and the pool area staff (not the bar) are some of the rudest staff I have ever come across. They do not smile or interact with people, and clearly do not want to be there. I have never been to a hotel where you have to pay for a parasol - even in the October sun, which could get intense at times, they are needed. Could not fault the restaurant area, with friendly staff and excellent choice of food. The pool bar staff were friendly and could not be faulted. The rooms were basic but clean, and I could not fault these. We were on the fifth floor, which is not great with children but was manageable. Overall, based on the pool area, I would not return to this hotel or recommend to others.

Just had a week here and it was such a lovely stay. Rooms was cleaned every day bedding changed and bins emptied everyday. The cleanliness of these apartments was 100 per cent. Staff lovely and location brilliant near shops bars restaurants and not far from beach. First time at these apartments and we are definitely booking for next year and I would definitely recommend to friends. Thank you aguamar for a lovely relaxing stay. We also emailed them asking for a ground floor apartment and was giving this so It was even better thank you so very much.

Porządek na basenie. Leżaków wystarczająca ilość. Jedzenie przepyszne. Pokoje wygodne. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo pomocna i doświadczona. Mogłoby być bliżej plaży ale wiedziałam na co się pisze. Za to dogodna lokalizacja do każdej innej atrakcji.

Just back from a week at the Agumar. Nice apartment a bit on the small side but clean and had everything you needed including a hairdryer and toiletries! Sun bed are available from 10am and people are queuing for them and to get the better spots! There are plenty of beds to go around so we opted for a lazier morning! Sun beds were all packed up at 5pm not sure why this is but presume as that's when the life guard finishes shift' not that you really saw him as he was sat away in a hut to the back of the pool! Staff was lovely the place was clean only complaint was the beds were like sleeping on concrete but once mentioned to the reception staff mattress toppers were put on!

No good for disabled people, door ways too narrow to get through with wheelchair even with my previous one still tight squeeze but just about fits but the fact I took a slightly bigger chair Don’t book there with disabled guests I’d rate it 5/10

This is our second visit to Aguamar the location is good the apartments are spotless all the staff are lovely we are still here at present and I received a lovey bottle of fiz for my birthday which was totally unexpected a lovely touch thankyou so much

Just returned from a really enjoyable 6 night stay at the Aguamar. Rooms were clean and had fresh towels daily. Everything you need is in there. Pool area clean & tidy and plenty of sun beds available. Hotel staff very pleasant and always happy to help or advise you. Didn’t really use the restaurant as always ate out but looked like everyone was enjoying their food. Overall, no complaints and it was good value for the price we paid.
