First, I travel for business all year, and I mostly use Hilton Properties to stay. Then, when I can, I travel to DR or Mexico for a retreat. On this trip, I booked 5 rooms under my name and invited business partners and customers to retreat in La Romana. I decided to bring them here after an outstanding experience on my first trip that my and my wife came and they rolled the carpet very attentive and honoring the status no matter at that time was Silver Status they honored all benefits. Now with GOLD and with communication exchange with Local reservation agent Paola Sandoval and over the phone explained the importance of this trip wanting all rooms in first floor and at close proximity. Well I arrived 10/4/2024, at the time I am writing this I am at hotel all reservations under my last name and in second floor all scattered building 2. The treatment at front desk was great it was not their fault it was the people behind this, the restaurant last night a total disaster they had adult area closed buffet and we had to go to the family buffet very low options and mostly cold servings an mostly snack type for a formal buffet dinner with 3 stations of pasta, meat and sea food. Rooms well I am working now out a night stand table I pulled to the sofa and my business partners doing the same thing, over $400 a night and not a table for computer or small desk. Air conditioner at room does not work properly and fridge well room temperature. Will be here for another 3 nights just hope things get better one of my guest will leave due to poor accommodations so brought them here for a great experience and now that is turning over bad.
