Desapareció una plancha de cabello de mi habitación, y la reclamé a mi salida, ya que cuando empaqué me percaté que no estaba. Me contestan en el correo que su personal tiene muchos años con ellos, y no desconfían. Pero si insinúan que no llevaba el articulo, ya que no lo vieron y no les consta... por lo tanto es una "supuesta" desaparición. FATAL, la investigación duró 2 minutos, y nunca me mostraron video o algo donde se vean a ambas camaristas saliendo de mis habitación. PÉSIMA atención en recepción.

Es más impersonal la atencion, buena en general, mucho protocolo en sus políticas, en general bien, me llamo la atención que según habían saborizado la habitación y había polvo en estantes inferiores de lavabo, la puerta y en piso, yo me pregunté si eso es sanitizado, que será no sanitizado. En fin, por lo demás la cadena siempre cuida mucho sus muebles accesorios y artículos en el baño que hacen una estancia confortable.

This is a very nice hotel and, I thought, a super value for such a modern and convenient hotel. It is right next to a major shopping centre. But what impressed me most was the hotel manager, Ruben. I became a little confused about my receipts and was concerned that the taxi they called for me had overcharged me. Ruben IMMEDIATELY replied and check things out for me, within 48 hours. I was absolutely stunned at such great service (it turned out I was confusing receipts and had not been overcharged). My experience was so positive that not only would I stay at the Fiesta Inn in Los Mochis again, but I did a bit of research online and see that it is a chain of hotels. I will go out of my way to stay at Fiesta Inns in Mexico from now on.
