"The ladies at the reception desk were awesome. They made us feel very welcomed. Our room was nice and clean and smelled of fresh paint. There was an enclosed parking area for our car. The housekeeping ladies were kind and very accommodating. The entire staff was a pleasure and helped us with our broken Spanish. The problems were that there was no microwave, no ice machine, no coffee maker, no fridge, the pool was a bit murky, there was no hot water in the shower, and the machines in the gym didn't work very well. Oh, the food was very good."
