No gusto mucho la atención de su personal, sobre todo de Paty en el restaurante, también que el auto quedo a pie de habitación, el hotel cuenta con lo necesario para descansar, buena cama, limpio, agua caliente y buena tele con sistema de cable, los alimentos y servicio del restaurante muy buenos.

Nada que ver con los que anuncian en las fotos, hotel descuidado, caro y viejo, el restaurante tiene comida buena pero parece de los años 40 mal cuidado y el "bar" horrible. Diario esta un señor que parece el dueño gritando y llamando a los empleados sentado a un lado de la recepcion, se ve muy mal.

We ended up not staying. The room was just not what we desired. Old, smelly, bedding threadbare and ragged. Couldn't find the remote control for the tv. After an hour we just packed up and went elsewhere.

Instalaciones viejas, el elevador era muy inestable, no tenían agua caliente en la ducha siendo pleno invierno, y para cancelar y devolución de dinero no dan explicaciones claras y es muy engorroso el trámite

La habitación no se parecia en nada a las fotos, el aíre hacía demasiado ruido, al inicio tuvimos problemas para conectarnos a la red inalámbrica y durante toda la mañana del día siguiente no tuvimos agua.
