We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Good area since we were close to the Embarcadero and it was nice to have a vacation after it being almost a year since our last beach trip. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and overall enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel!

Was rushed to check in before nine so the attendant could go home. This hotel apparently doesn't keep staff on site at night... upon arrival we noticed the TV didnt work. That was just the begining of the issues. The sink was clogged and the soap dispensers were empty. My girlfriend and I decided to call it a night early since we both had no intention of calling the manager after hours, since they are not on site. Well, that was a mistake... we woke up only to find out the room had no hot water! My girlfriend decodednto contact the manager who told her it was her day off but she would come help us with another room. Upon arrival, she aknowledged she already knew the room had issues which is emberrasing and unproffensional. We were not only rushed to check in, but we were put in a room that was busted and the staff knew it.

Clean large room with great view of rock. Great shower pressure and instant hot water. Bed was firm but comfortable. In general it is a clean and quiet hotel.
No full length mirror. No hooks to hang clothes in bathroom, sink area, room in general. No table/chairs for in room eating or reading a paper or conversation. Only one coffee choice in lobby and once it was empty that was all you got no matter what time it was. Coffee in room had four Keurigs but not enough cream and sugar to go with it.

Very nice updated hotel, friendly staff and great location. Easy short walk to everything. I have stayed at many others in the area and this is the best.

Room looked like it was recently remodeled.
However the king bed was too firm and outdated, uncomfortable.
