Excellent Dinner and service, classy cocktail top marks to bar staff, good generous choices for breakfast bacon disappointing, pool jacuzzi hot tub great facility, all staff very professional. The standard double Room decor could be improved , very warm. The floor Fan in room covered in thick layer of dust. All other areas immaculate. Lounges, restaurant, bar all beautiful and the lakeside views stunning. Shame standard rooms above noisy generator/extract fan. Changed room but felt they needed updated (but do understand it listed building) . Excellent dinner and service made it very enjoyable.

Stayed 1 night for a special birthday and the staff could not have been better - from singing Happy Birthday at dinner, to upgrading our room - it couldn’t have been better - thank you! Staff in Cellar Bar on 2nd evening were very good, food is excellent Bedroom was a Junior Suite - lots of space & amenities, great views of the lough Breakfast - service very good, I’ve had a better continental selection in other hotels but it was sufficient, cooked to order breakfast seemed more like it had been held in bain maries in the kitchen but again was sufficient Overall really enjoyed our stay - thank you all

Tripadvisor Tripadvisor Pros: -Great location -Beautiful hotel -Friendly staff -Unlimited use of leisure facilities -Fridge and safe in the room -Able to accommodate larger families Cons: -You have to book a time for breakfast. On our 1st morning we booked for 8.30am and had no problem getting seated. On the 2nd morning we booked for 10am and had to join a queue for the restaurant- we were seated about 10.10am so not too long a wait. -Service at the Cellar Bistro is slow (an hour from ordering until your food arrives). Normally I don't mind this too much but when you have kids it's a long wait for them. -Although not the hotels fault, there was a wedding reception taking place on our 1st night here. We were woken numerous times by kids running and shouting out on the hallway and adults talking loudly whilst going to and from their room - this went on until about 3am. We also heard the floor creaking from the room above when the occupants were moving around. All in all it was a nice break but not sure we would return in a hurry.

My wife and I recently spent one night in the Manor House Country Hotel. We chose this hotel based on the recommendation of a friend who had stayed there previously. We were on a one night B&B package which also included a two course meal with a glass of wine in the hotel cellar bar. It was very good value. The hotel and grounds are immacuately presented and are a credit to the housekeeping and groundskeeping staff. Check in was very efficient, polite and helpful. Our room overlooked the main entrance but was very quiet throughout the night. The room itself was very spacious with a large ensuite. Shower over bath and the usual layout and toiletries provided. We ate in The Cellar Bar and Bistro and we both enjoyed our food and drink. The service was very good. Compliments to the manager and staff on duty. After our meal we had a drink in The Watergate Bar which as a room in itself has a wow factor. We both made use of the lesiure facilites. I used the pool, hot tub and steam room while my wife went to the gym. Both facilites are well maintained and of good quality. We had breakfast in the old room of The Belleek Restaurant. The nicer part in our opinion. Cold buffet self service with the hot breakfast served to your table. Very good quality here. I noticed other reviews mentioning the coffee so I ordered an americano while my wife ordered a pot of coffee. A few mouthfuls later and she ordered an americano! This wasn't our initial choice of hote but we are very glad we went and we will hopefully stay here again on our next visit to Enniskillen.

Just returned from a two-night stay at the Manor House. The Positives: - Location:- A beautiful stately home set in well-maintained grounds along the banks of Lower Lough Erne. - The Room:- provided stunning views over the lough, two spacious and comfortable beds, and a charming sitting area overlooking the water. - Service:- Special thanks to the friendly and helpful bartenders at the Watergate Bar (unfortunately, didn't catch their names). They crafted an excellent mojito and espresso martini on the first night. Thank you! **The Negatives:** - The room lacked robes and slippers. Although we were told these could be requested, a 4-star hotel should have such amenities readily available without the need to ask, reflecting a lack of attention to detail. - The ham and cheese sandwich ordered at the Cellar Bar was supposed to have a hint of mustard, but it was heavily smothered in mustard, making it nearly inedible, this was quite disappointing. - The Chicken Caesar Salad x 2 ordered the second night included tiny pieces of chewy bacon and chicken that had clearly not been freshly cooked, as indicated by its reheated and curled appearance. - The poached eggs at breakfast were overcooked, with no runny yolk. -The pastries were disappointing, particularly the croissants, which lacked flavor entirely. - The coffee tasted weak and unappealing. Upon checking the receptionist informed us that you can request a stronger brew if preferred, but that information came a bit too late. When raising these issues at reception upon checking out, the receptionist seemed rather dismissive and brushed them aside. Considering the amount spent on both food and drinks, this is simply unacceptable. By making a few adjustments and constructively incorporating customer feedback, the Manor House has the potential to become a wonderful place to stay, unwind, and enjoy delicious food. Our family had been considering coming here over the Christmas period specifically for Christmas dinner since we are staying in the area, but the quality of food is a bit of a concern. We may now opt for the Lough Erne Resort and Spa instead.

We went for lunch to stay out of the wet summer weather and it was a very good experiece. Friedly local staff and high quality food. The fish chowder was first class and the mains were well presented, especially the burger ad fish and chips. Prices were very reasonable too.

The hotel has a nice comfortable feel to it, whether in the bars ,restaurants and bedrooms. The food in both the restaurant and the bar were very good with both supported by good customer service. The breakfast service needs a separate mention as service was super and a great choice at breakfast but may need to get the coffee changed or maybe it’s just I like strong coffee. The Checkin and checkout process was friendly and efficient .

Just back from the most amazing mini break at The Manor House hotel. We had booked a junior suite B&B for 2 nights. We had hoped to go abroad this summer but I recently had treatment for breast cancer so have to avoid the sun for a year. We’ve previously stayed at the Manor House before and know it is a top quality hotel. We arrived with high expectations and they completely exceeded them. At check in we were told our room wasn’t available yet as we’d been given an upgrade to the premier suite. We were completely overwhelmed by this kind gesture. Once we got into our suite we were blown away by the furnishings and added extras but also the amazing views, the jacuzzi bath. Felt like we were being really spoilt. All the staff were really helpful but a special shout out to Cleona on reception who made our stay so special. We ate in cellar bistro first night, on 2nd night ordered room service to our suite so we could enjoy the views. I used the leisure facilities during the stay and also booked a spa treatment. I’d highly recommend both. We had the most amazing time away and want to say a huge thank you to all the staff for making it such a wonderful few days. We will definitely be back!
