Accueil très chaleureux. Hôteliers très aimables et à l'écoute de leur clientèle. De bons conseils quant à la visite de Lourdes et des environs. Petits déjeuners copieux. D'une grande serviabilité et disponibilité.

chambre très sale, pourquoi les services d'hygiènes ne ferme pas cette établissement. Gérants gentilles mais monsieur très menteur.il nous a dit au téléphone toutes les chambres sont refaites a neuf .gros menteur. Repas demi pension dégelasse.et je pense quille doigt fermer.

cela fait plusieurs fois que je vais a cette hôtel cette année venu avec mon oncle accueil formidable comme a chaque fois j était ravis de revenir a causse du Covid sa était complique pendant 2 ans.je souhaite une bonne saison a Philippe et Michel a l année prochaine
