"Friendly staff. Hotel a little old, room clean and comfortable but in need of some renovation, especially the bathroom (very old). Room with an excellent view of the mountain, well soundproofed. There is no air conditioning, just a radiator to heat the room with no option to turn it off, a very big inconvenience since the room was very hot. Basic breakfast."

The bathroom is shared only with the other occupants of the room: I booked a room exclusively for women, and there were three of us. I highly recommend it."

"Despite booking online, it was impossible to reach them by phone to confirm before arrival. We then waited an hour at the reception desk for them to find us two rooms that had been cleaned at 7 pm, and which weren't adjoining despite our request. Our rooms, tiny but clean, hadn't been cleaned either. We couldn't eat at the restaurant, which was closed the first evening, even though dinner was included in our package. Breakfast was subpar, there was no Wi-Fi, and the reception and service staff were unprofessional. We strongly advise against staying here."

Establishment well placed to get to the sanctuary. In addition, the establishment accepts our four-legged friends, very practical!! Manager and employees, pleasant welcome. Only small flaw on the street side, a little noisy in the morning early for what they want to sleep in 🤣!"

"I stay twice a year in the Hotel Mediteranne for 8 nights at a time. As a solo elderly person with disability needs I feel totally safe and cared for by Eric, Serge and team. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms have air conditioning, are always clean, beds are comfortable and the shower water always hot. The meals are very good even for someone who is "fussy " like me. The only negative for me, but a positive for most people, is the portions of food are huge! An 8 min walk to the Grotto on the flat. The local bus stops at the door for 1 euro. I highly recommend this hotel ."
