Its location is perfect , just a hundred metres or so from the entrance to the Sanctuary . Our room was large and comfortable and the cleaning staff were friendly and thorough . The friendliness of the staff was a feature of our visit . We had breakfast and our evening meal at the hotel . It is a buffet service for all meals . The food was wholesome and plentiful and there lots of catering staff on duty whenever we had our meals ."

The continental breakfast has a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, breads, fruit juice, tea and coffee. The room was small and basic, but cleaned to a high standard every day. This hotel is an ideal base for exploring Lourdes. It is only a ten minute walk to The Basilica. Do not listen to the negative reviews about this hotel. It is a budget friendly hotel, not a 5 star. Some people don,t want to pay much, but expect a lot! We will certainly be visiting this hotel again."

"Located near the bus and train station which is perfect for day trips from Lourdes & for getting to and from the airport. Close to shops and restaurants and about 15 minutes walk to the grotto. Hotel is clean and safe. Staff are lovely, friendly and kind. Breakfast is good with fresh baguette & croissant and plenty of ham cheese boiled eggs yogurts & fruits. Bedroom is cleaned daily. Only drawback for me is it’s a bit noisy as room was close to a creaky lift. All things considered I would stay here again."
