"Clean rooms, friendly staff, Breakfast not too much variety. Not good to key in password after 6pm in order to get into the premise. Some how will create in convenience if we forgotten password as not able to speak even we call."

"Location is uphill, 600 meters close to the centre but manageable to walk to all attractions. Room is clean, but no air conditioning, I arrived during the peak of hot weather with temperature of 37 degrees.  At night you can hear other guests from the other room."

"Very well located hotel in the center of Lourdes, close to the train station. Minimalist hotel but clean room and very friendly welcome. Lots of noise, garbage disposal in the morning. Poorly insulated hotel, you can hear the neighboring rooms a lot, the locks opening and closing. The price is really very reasonable. For one night it's fine."

"It's a three star on paper. Hotel with an excellent location overlooking the river but only partially renovated. Rooms that cannot be defined as such. Chipped radiators and furnishings, doors full of cracks, water stains coming out of the pipes in the bathroom. Abandoned armchairs and sofas in the hall. Very mediocre meals with no tablecloths on the tables. After protests they changed my room"

"Super well located hotel, about 15 minutes from the Sanctuary of Lourdes. The view from the room was beautiful as per the photo. I stayed in a double room with a large private bathroom. Very simple bathroom with hairdryer and hot water but no towel rack accessible to the shower. Room with air conditioning but without minibar. Daily room cleaning and towel change as well. It has wifi. Excellent service from reception to the restaurant. Very good breakfast with a variety of juices, cereal, eggs and jam. Average value for money for the hotel. I only had one problem: the carpet in the room was very damp next to one of the beds, not suitable for people with allergies."

"The hotel is certainly not newly built. The bathrooms definitely need updating. We were told all rooms had bidets, but mine didn't. The sinks are too small and shallow. The shower looks like a squat toilet. In the morning, while it was raining and almost freezing outside, they turned the air conditioning up to 23 degrees. For the procession, they sell candles to guests for €1.50; nearby hotels sell them for €0.50."
