Pet Friendly Hotels in Lourdes

The hotel is very near the Cathedral which is why we booked here.we have arrived almost midnight as we have travelled all the way from Paris. The staff did not let us wait for long and it was the fastest check in I ever experienced! I only booked for a double room but they gave us a family room which is so spacious. The room is clean and got the basics. The staff are friendly and accomodating and helpful. We did enjoyed our stay here and will definetly book here again.

Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Esplanade Eden fue simplemente fantástica. Desde el primer momento, el personal nos recibió con una amabilidad y profesionalidad que hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta: a pocos minutos a pie del Santuario, pero lo suficientemente alejada como para disfrutar de tranquilidad y descanso. La habitación estaba impecable, cómoda y bien equipada, con una cama muy confortable y todo lo necesario para una estancia relajada. Además, las vistas desde nuestra ventana eran preciosas, con los Pirineos de fondo. El desayuno fue otro punto fuerte: variado, de buena calidad y con productos frescos. También destacamos la limpieza de todas las instalaciones y la atención constante del personal para asegurarse de que no nos faltara nada. Sin duda, repetiríamos nuestra estancia en este hotel. Ideal tanto para peregrinos como para quienes buscan desconectar unos días en un entorno acogedor y bien cuidado. ¡Altamente recomendable!

The hotel is well-located, just a 7-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, offering stunning views if you choose a room with a river view. The breakfast is delicious and really nice. However, it's important to note that the hotel has an old decoration, reminiscent of 40 years ago, and is not well-maintained; it lacks soundproofing. If we didn't get a room with a view to the river, my experience could be worse. Considering these factors, I'm not planning to stay in this hotel again.

Location is uphill, 600 meters close to the centre but manageable to walk to all attractions. Room is clean, but no air conditioning, I arrived during the peak of hot weather with temperature of 37 degrees.  At night you can hear other guests from the other room.

It was passable. Good location.
